Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan met with Yukiya Amano, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
The meeting was held on the margins of the 56th IAEA General Conference in Vienna. The sides discussed Armenia – IAEA cooperation, construction of a new power unit at Metsamor NPP and other issues.
The delegation headed by Armen Movsisyan also held a meeting with the head of Jordan Atomic Energy Commission Khaled Toukan to discuss prospects for bilateral cooperation.
Armenian Minister also delivered a speech during the conference.
