5D cinema opens on Baku's seafront boulevard
A mini cinema showing films in 5D format has opened in Baku's National Seaside Park.
The head of the National Seaside Park, Nazim Majidov, said that cinema tickets would cost AZN 5 ($6.23) for 10 minutes.
“This is enough time to watch one or two films and experience the full spectrum of different sensations," Majidov told 1news.az.
"Many people in the cinema are surprised when they can really see drops of water on their skin during the films. These are good special effects."
He said that more innovative ways to see films would become available on the boulevard.
There are age restrictions for watching 5D films.
