Leipzig hosts international transport forum

Azerbaijan is represented by Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov.

Germany's Leipzig is hosting the  International Transport Forum with participation of Transport Ministers of member-states of the Economic Cooperation and Development Organization.

The International Transport Forum is an intergovernmental organization with 57 member-states.

The topic of the summit is "Innovation for Greener and More Inclusive Transport".

The forum will involve transport ministers from 57 countries, as well as the representatives of scientific and business circles, international governmental and nongovernmental organizations, including from the United States, Brazil and Mexico.

Azerbaijani delegation at the event is represented by Minister of Transport Ziya Mammadov.

The delegation also involves head of the State Automobile Service of the Transport Ministry Elnur Abdullayev and head of the board of Transport Ministry Javid Najafov.
