Azerbaijan’s oil exports top $19bn

Azerbaijan exported 32,407,000 tonnes of oil in January-September, according to sources in the State Customs Committee.

Of this volume, 23,400,000 tonnes of oil worth $19.203bn were exported by customs declarations.

Of this volume of export, 1,621,000 tonnes were exported by the Baku-Novorossiysk, 3,228,000 tonnes by the Baku-Supsa pipeline. The BTC pipeline exported 26,698,000 tonnes in this period, while railroad made up 858,453,000,0000.

In 2010, the declared volume of oil export from Azerbaijan made up 31,860,000 tonnes (except for volumes of oil of the Azerbaijan International Operating Company) worth $18,453,000,000.
