Azerbaijan toughens fines for mistreating animals

According to changes to the article 126 of Code of Administrative Violations of Azerbaijan adopted at today's meeting of the Agrarian Policy Committee of the parliament, the fines for violation of rules of the treatment of animals in the country increased at least 10 times.
