Oxu.Az reports citing ASAN Xidmet that the open forum for public will be held in the first part of the event on September 18. At the forum the entrepreneurs together with foreign experts will share their visions and prospects of innovations, entrepreneurship and information society.
In addition, the state agency said that the session Grand Jury will select 40 winners from about 400 candidates from all over the world within the framework of the second stage of the event.
21 international experts will gather in Baku to evaluate candidates from all UN countries sent for the World Summit Award.
The aim of the event, in line with the UN WSIS agenda is to find ways of digital solution of demonstrating creativeness and diversity by the information society for the purpose of influecing the society.
The event will be held at the ADA university on September 18.
