Two seminars on strategic security, or "Security Foresight", are to be held in Baku this week.

Canadian security expert Prof. David Harris will hold the seminars at the Azerbaijan State Economic University on 24-25 May and Khazar University on 26-27 May.

The chief executive of Foresight Canada, Prof. Harris will hold the seminars in line with the latest methodology on security foresight.

The seminar at the Azerbaijan State Economic University is intended for employees of the relevant state bodies and specialists in security and conflict studies. The seminar at Khazar University will be attended by students of international relations, sociopolitical and humanitarian sciences. The seminars will be in English.

The seminars are being held at the initiative of the Azerbaijani branch of the Millennium Project - the Association of Azerbaijani Futurologists with the support of the Azerbaijan State Economic University, Khazar University and the Azerbaijani president's Strategic Research Centre.
