The city of Aghdam of Azerbaijan is called the “Hiroshima of the Caucasus,” said President Ilham Aliyev, News.Az reports. 

The head of state made the remarks Friday at a session of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States held in a video conference format.
