The Russian peacekeeping contingent temporarily stationed on the territory of Azerbaijan has been presented with a quality certificate of flour products to be sent from Baku to Khankendi, said Jeyhun Mirzayev, General Secretary of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, News.Az reports.
