Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov was awarded the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, News.az reports.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed the corresponding order.
