Azerbaijani FM extends condolences over killing of Italian ambassador to DR Congo
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov extended condolences over the death of Italy’s ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Congo in an attack on a UN convoy.
“I’m deeply saddened by the killing of Italian Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Congo Luca Attanasio and of a soldier from Carabinieri, as a result of dreadful attack on a UN convoy,” the Azerbaijani minister tweeted.
