Azerbaijani, Turkish foreign ministers hold phone talk
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov on Tuesday held a phone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told News.Az.
Cavusoglu warmly congratulated Jeyhun Bayramov and the entire Azerbaijani people on the victory [in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict], and stressed that Turkey shares this joy of brotherly Azerbaijan.
