Foreign Ministers of Turkiye and Russia hold phone talk
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, says Turkish Foreign Ministry, News.az reports.
The Ministers have discussed the situation in Ukraine.
