Former 'defense minister' of so-called NK Republic detained
Samvel Babayan, former "Defense Minister" of the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, has been detained, news.am reported.
Hayk Khanumyan, an MP of the illegal Karabakh regime's parliament, has confirmed the news.
It's not yet clear what he is charged with.
