Turkiye names new ambassador to Georgia
Turkiye has appointed Ali Kaan Orbay as its new ambassador to Georgia, News.Az reports citing the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
Prior to his appointment, Orbay served as First Secretary at the Turkish Embassy in Austria.
Orbay replaced Fatma Ceren Yazgan, who has been Turkiye’s ambassador to Georgia since 2017.
