A 3.4 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Caspian Sea on Tuesday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, News.Az reports. 

The quake at a depth of 56 km was recorded at 05:09 local time.
