Armenia used again Smerch missiles against Azerbaijan’s Barda – presidential aide
Armenia used again Smerch missiles against Azerbaijan’s Barda district, Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, wrote on his Twitter page.
“Casualties among civilians are reported. Such deliberate war crimes of Armenia are deplorable," Hajiyev tweeted.
