Armenian police detain 14 people at entrance to Kirants village

The number of people detained at the entrance to the village of Kirants (Guney) in Armenia’s Tavush region has reached 14, News.Az reports citing Armenian media.

The police said that the reason for the arrest was the refusal of citizens to clear the road.

Protests began in Armenia after Yerevan and Baku agreed on April 19 to begin the border delimitation process.
