Azerbaijani, Armenian foreign ministers to meet in Washington next week

The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia will meet in Washington next week, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced at a Cabinet meeting on Thursday, News.Az reports.

“A meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers will be held in Washington next week. And our delegation is going to the United States with this approach,” Pashinyan said.

After the last ministerial talks in Washington on May 1-4, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that Azerbaijan and Armenia have made significant progress towards signing a peace agreement.
