Azerbaijani FM, Russian ambassador discuss Lapshin issue
Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov has discussed the issue of Russian blogger Alexander Lapshin, who has been extradited to Azerbaijan, APA reported citing RIA Novosti.
The Russian consul is expected to meet Lapshin in the coming two days.
