Mammadyarov about Russia's role in Karabakh settlement
Russia is taking serious efforts to resolve the Nagorno - Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijani FM has said.
According to TASS, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov spoke at a press conference by results of negotiations with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Moscow.
According to Mammadyarov, not everything depends on Azerbaijan or mediators. Armenia, which must also start moving to settlement, also determines the settlement.
