US tries to find opportunities to create cooperation between Azerbaijan and Armenia, envoy says
The US is trying to find opportunities to create cooperation between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Earle Litzenberger, US Ambassador to Baku, told journalists on Monday, News.Az reports.
Litzenberger said it obvious that a number of unresolved issues remain between the two countries after the end of the second Karabakh war.
