Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) announced today it has signed an agreement to award a 3% participating interest in the SARB and Umm Lulu offshore concession to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), News.Az reports citing ADNOC.
