Matin Mammadli (PhD in Political Science, associate professor) was born in Ganja in 1979. He received his bachelor and master degrees at the Baku State University and his doctorate degree at the Azerbaijan national academy of sciences. From 2010 to 2022, he worked as a lecturer and associate professor at the Department of Diplomacy and Modern Integration Processes of Baku State University. He has authored numerous scientific and analytical articles on Azerbaijan's foreign policy, international and national security problems. Currently, he works as a leading advisor for the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center).
