IS threatens 8 countries with new terrorist attacks

The Islamic State militant group has issued a statement threatening 8 countries—Belgium, the United States, Russia, France, Britain, Canada, Australia and Italy

The message, written in broken English, calls on Muslims to stay away from crowded places, markets, busy streets, squares, etc.
