SOCAR opens representative office in Bulgaria
The opening ceremony of the representative office of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) took place on April 25 in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, News.az reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev attended the opening ceremony.
