Three civilians were killed in a Ukrainian drone strike on a passenger car in Russia’s border region of Belgorod, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said, News.az reports citing TASS.
"Three civilians were killed as a result of another attack by Ukrainian troops. A drone hit a moving passenger car near the village of Grafovka. Three men who were inside the car died," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
