At least three aid workers were killed and four others wounded after a drone strike hit a humanitarian convoy in Sudan’s South Kordofan state, according to the Sudan Doctors Network.

At least 15 civilians, including seven children, were killed on Tuesday in drone strikes targeting the southern Sudanese city of Kadugli, according to a local volunteer group and eyewitnesses.

The Sudanese army on Tuesday announced that its units have entered Kadugli, the capital of South Kordofan State in southern Sudan, after more than two years of siege under the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and its allied forces.

Fierce clashes in southern and western Sudan on February 3, resulted in at least 65 deaths and over 130 injuries, according to medical sources, as the ongoing conflict between the army and paramilitary forces continues.
