Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiyev met Wednesday with a delegation of political directors from the foreign ministries of the Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) countries - Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden.
