Oxfam said billionaire wealth rose by more than 16% in 2025 to a record US$18.3 trillion, growing at a pace three times faster than the average of the past five years.

According to Oxfam’s latest annual inequality report, five individuals are set to amass at least $1 trillion in wealth within the next decade, if current trends persist.
