Fuad Abdullayev specializes mainly in the analysis of political and security processes in the South Caucasus. He previously served in various positions in the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is the Reserve Lieutenant Colonel. He graduated from the National Defense University of the Armed Forces of Türkiye (Kara Harp Okulu).
