Gas transportation via Shah Deniz increased by 23% this year
22,932.8 mln. cubic meters of gas were transported through main gas pipelines in Azerbaijan in the period of January-July of this year, which is 15.8% more compared to the last year, News.az reports citing the State Statistics Committee.
52.4% of gas transportation was carried out through the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum South Caucasus pipeline. The gas produced in the Shah Deniz gas-condensate field is exported through this pipeline.
