Restaurant fire leaves 22 dead in northeast China

A fire at a restaurant in Liaoyang in northeast China's Liaoning province killed 22 people and injured three others on Tuesday.
The fire broke out at 12:25 p.m. (0425 GMT), News.Az reports, citing foreign media.
Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday urged all-out efforts to treat the people injured in the fire.
