On February 12, Azerbaijan filed a lawsuit at the headquarters of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, initiating an arbitration case against Armenia under the 1979 Bern Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats.

On 12 February, Azerbaijan filed the Statement of Claim with the Permanent Court of Arbitration (in The Hague) in its arbitration case against Armenia under the Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats of 1979 (‘the Bern Convention’).
