The U.S. State Department has approved a $104 million support package for Ukraine, aimed at sustaining and maintaining its fleet of M777 howitzers, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) announced on August 5.

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced on Friday that Germany will supply 12 additional self-propelled howitzers 2000, valued at €150 million (about $166.14 million), to Ukraine, News.Az reports citing Anadolu agency .

The US Department of Defence has granted BAE Systems a $579.3-million contract to supply the US Army with M109A7 howitzers and M992A3 field artillery support vehicles.
