Flight operations at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport were disrupted on Friday following a technical glitch in the Air Traffic Control (ATC) system, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) confirmed.

A midair scare prompted an Air India Express flight to make an emergency landing on Friday at an airport in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, according to multiple local media reports.
