The move comes as the luxury group prepares to sell a 15% stake amid a slowdown across the global luxury market. The board will continue to be chaired by Pantaleo Dell’Orco, Armani’s long-time partner. Family members Silvana Armani and Andrea Camerana also retain their seats, News.Az reports, citing Reuters.
Federico Marchetti, founder of Yoox, remains on the board, while Giuseppe Marsocci — recently appointed group CEO — occupies another seat.
