Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov noted that the dynamics of the Azerbaijan-Armenia negotiation process were high enough as he attended the trilateral meeting in Moscow, APA reports.

"The results are somewhat lower than the dynamics of the negotiation process, but there are positive moments," the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister said in a trilateral meeting with his Russian and Armenian counterparts.
