Farid Gayibov elected as UEG president
The Secretary General of National Gymnastics Federation (AGF), Farid Gayibov, has been elected as the president of European Union of Gymnastics (UEG) at the 27th UEG Congress held in Split, Croatia.
According to apasport.az website, his only rival was Secretary General of Slovenian Olympic Committee Edvard Kolar. 28 persons voted for Gayibov.
Gayibov will head the UEG for four years.
