Iraq shut down the Shalamcheh border crossing with Iran following airstrikes on the Iranian side that resulted in the death of an Iraqi citizen, according to security sources on Saturday, News.Az reports, citing foreign media.
The sources said at least five Iraqis were seriously wounded in the strikes, which hit a passenger reception area on the Iranian side.
