President Ilham Aliyev receives PACE co-rapporteurs

As part of the visit, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received co-rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Cezar Florin Preda and Stefan Schennach on Jan. 12.
