Sergey Lavrov left for Antalya
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has left for the Turkish city of Antalya to attend a diplomatic forum, News.az reports.
Lavrov will meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Kuleba within the forum.
This will be the highest-level meeting between Ukraine and Russia since the conflict began on February 24.
