Today, it is possible to say with certainty that Azerbaijan, which faced a number of serious difficulties in the first years of its independence, has reached its main goals in both the economic and political spheres in a short period of time. Achieving the building of a free, democratic society is valued as one of the greatest successes achieved by the country during the years of independence.
