The volume of cargo transported along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR), also known as the Middle Corridor, increased by 63% over the first 11 months of 2024, reaching 4.1 million tons.

"Azerbaijan Railways CJSC have increased volume of cargo transportation via Middle Corridor during four months of the current year by 35% in comparison with 2023," said Chairman of the Azerbaijan Railways Rovshan Rustamov while speaking about Middle Corridor and important role of Azerbaijan in the corridor in China, News.az reports.
