Turkmenistan's President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has inaugurated the Mary-Turkmenabat section, the third phase of the Ashgabat-Turkmenabat high-speed highway, according to the press service of the Turkmen government.

In recent years, Baku has undergone a transformation in the way it organizes urban transportation. The introduction of dedicated bus lanes was meant to bring order to the city’s increasingly congested streets and to promote the use of public transport. In theory, it’s a win for urban mobility. In practice, the rollout has revealed structural flaws — and sparked frustration among residents and drivers alike.

The construction of the Ahmadbayli-Fuzuli-Shusha highway, a key road infrastructure project in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories, is nearing completion, according to the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads.

Azerbaijan continues the construction of 45 roads with a total length of 3,200 km in its Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur regions, the country’s Prime Minister, Ali Asadov, said on Monday.
