Following the memorandum’s entry into force, the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of its provisions, News.Az reports, citing local media.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan will notify the Government of the State of Kuwait that all necessary domestic procedures for the memorandum’s activation have been completed.
