Azerbaijan returns missing Armenian serviceman back to home country
Azerbaijan has returned Artur Davidyan, a serviceman, who went missing on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, to Armenia, Parliament Vice Speaker Suren Papikyan told TASS.
Earlier, the Armenian Defense Ministry said that on August 22 Senior Lieutenant Artur Davidyan left the place of permanent deployment without the permission of the higher command. After a while, contact with him was lost.
