Azerbaijani president arrives in Russia
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev on Monday arrived in Russia to attend a meeting of the CIS Heads of State Council, News.Az reports.
At Moscow’s Vnukovo-2 International Airport, President Aliyev was welcomed by Mikhail Galuzin, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia, along with other officials.
