Baku, Tbilisi to become sister cities
The capitals of Azerbaijan and Georgia will become sister cities, according to Andria Basilaya, deputy mayor of Tbilisi.
"Work on a memorandum on the twinning of Baku and Tbilisi is nearing completion. The mayor's office is very interested in raising relations with Baku, capital of a friendly and brotherly state, to a qualitatively new level," Basilaya noted.
