Gaza health ministry reports 44,382 deaths from war

The health ministry in Gaza, which is controlled by Hamas, reported on Saturday that at least 44,382 people have been killed in the more than 13 months of conflict between Israel and Palestinian fighters, News.az reports citing foreign media.
The toll includes 19 deaths in the previous 24 hours, according to the ministry, which said 105,142 people have been wounded in the Gaza Strip since the war began.
